Pack your bags and prime your palates! Spirits By The Shore returns for its 6th edition along the sun-kissed coasts of Goa. Join us for two days of coastal breeze, fine malts, curated spirit explorations, and warm fellowship.
The Itinerary at a Glance
Day 1: Friday, Sept 11 — Distillery Craft & Evening Soirée
Morning (11:00AM - 2:30PM): We kick off the trail with an exclusive tour at the Paul John Visitor Centre. Go behind the scenes of tropical single malt maturation, explore the copper pot stills, and enjoy guided drams right at the source.
Evening (7:00PM - 11:00PM): Unwind at our signature Evening Soirée— setting the tone for the weekend. Adding to the evening's experience, the Diageo team will host a premium bar featuring handcrafted cocktails, fine whiskies, and an array of exceptional spirits, ensuring a lively and enjoyable evening for all our guests.
Day 2: Saturday, Sept 12 — Choose Your Craft & Shopping Spree
Tailor your morning with one of our curated optional experiences, followed by a group shopping experience.
Please choose between the two options below:
Option 1: The Cazulo Feni Tour — Discover the artisanal history, harvest, and distinct terroir of Goa’s legendary spirit.
Option 2: Agave Masterclass — Expand your agave horizons with a guided exploration into Pistola's offerings
Afternoon Whisky Shopping: Gather with the crew at Vaz Enterprise in Colva for an afternoon of bottle hunting, complete with exclusive discounts on select items for our group.

Note: Day 2 optional masterclasses (Feni Tour or Tequila Masterclass) are available as add-ons at an additional cost.
Accommodation Options:
Enjoy full flexibility for your stay! You can reserve a spot through our website—where we offer two curated accommodation choices—or choose to arrange your own stay independently.
We offer hotel options to ensure a comfortable stay during the trail. Please note that room availability is strictly limited, so we encourage you to secure your preferred option early.
If you opt for a Double Occupancy package and wish to be paired with another SMAC member, rest assured that gender sensitivity will be fully maintained in all room assignments. Alternatively, you are always welcome to arrange your own stay!
SMAC India is a private membership-based community and does not trade, sell, or distribute alcoholic beverages. Products showcased at the event are purely for sensory appreciation and education.
Participation is limited to members or invited guests above the legal drinking age applicable in the state of the event. Government-issued ID may be requested.
Seats are allotted on a first-come basis. SMAC India reserves the right of admission and may decline participation at its discretion; if declined after payment, a full refund will be issued.
By registering, participants acknowledge voluntary consumption, agree to drink responsibly, and accept responsibility for their health conditions, allergies, or sensitivities. SMAC encourages safe travel post-event and does not assume liability for medical or travel issues.
Tasting line-ups, number of samples, format, or sequence may change without prior notice due to availability, compliance, or logistics.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Clients may cancel their booking by providing written notice to us. Refunds are calculated based on the number of days prior to the scheduled event date that written notice of cancellation is received:
Note: All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing (via email) to be considered valid. The date of receipt of the written notice will serve as the official cancellation date.
If the event is cancelled or rescheduled due to government regulations, venue restrictions, illness-based limitations (with proof), or other force-majeure circumstances, SMAC may refund the amount paid or adjust it towards a future date as preferred by the member.
SMAC reserves the right to deny/withdraw access for inappropriate behaviour, breach of law, venue policy violation, or disorderly conduct. No refunds will apply in such cases.
Events may be photographed or recorded for promotional or archival use. Attendance implies consent unless opted-out in writing prior to the event.
Member information collected during registration is handled securely and may only be shared for compliance, access, or legal requirements.
All participation is subject to applicable excise regulations, hospitality policies, and state-specific legal drinking rules.
